Dr. Robert J. Spitzer, S.J.
Content Creator, Chief Curriculum Officer
Dr. Spitzer developed the Model for Happiness, Culture and Performance while a philosophy professor at Georgetown University. Dr. Spitzer's impressive academic credentials include his B.B.A. in Public Accounting and Finance from Gonzaga University, M.A in Philosophy from St. Louis University, M. Div. from Gregorian University (Rome), Th.M. from Weston School (Cambridge) and Ph.D. in Philosophy from Catholic University of America.
Dr. Spitzer has taught in the areas of philosophy and ethics at Georgetown University, Seattle University and Gonzaga University. He is the recipient of numerous honors including teaching, leader and development awards from these universities and other organizations.
He served as the President of Gonzaga University from 1998 to 2009. He held the Frank Shrontz Chair of Business Ethics at Seattle University from 1997 — 1998 and the John Aram Chair of Business Ethics at Gonzaga University from 1999 through 2000. Additionally, he has served as a member of numerous civic and public boards, acted as a consultant to several large corporations and institutes and he remains an Associate Professor of Leadership Studies at Gonzaga University.
Dr. Spitzer is the author of five books, among which are: The Spirit of Leadership: Optimizing Creativity and Change in Organizations, Healing the Culture, and New Proofs for the Existence of God from Physics and Philosophy. He has published extensively in the area of leadership, culture, and ethics in journals such as the Business and Professional Ethics Journal, Journal of Jesuit Business Education, Proceedings of the Notre Dame Conference on Business Education, Executive Excellence, The international Journal of Servant-Leadership and Insight.
Jason brings a proven track record of 10 years with new business ventures in e-learning, technology and healthcare where he has served leadership positions in sales, marketing and business development. During his career, Jason has managed direct representatives, agents and distributors in over 20 countries around the world. Jason earned his B.A. in Communication Studies from the University of Iowa and a Managerial Leadership certificate in the Management Development program at Emory Goizueta Business School.

Angie has 15 years of experience ranging from e-learning, non-profit, sales and multi-media. She spearheaded a successful virtual tutorial program and online store for a leading e-learning educational company. Angie can handle and adapt to any task at hand and continually delivers successful results. Angie earned her B.A. in Communications from Washington State University with an emphasis in Marketing.
